摘要
据调查,目前高职院校毕业生在求职就业中出现职业目标模糊、跳槽频繁、就业不诚信、缺乏团队意识等诸多问题。以建构主义视角,传统的就业指导课程教学效果令人堪忧。微信和微博(以下简称"双微")因其在青年学生广泛流行,将它与主题探究教学模式相结合,构建信息化教学环境,在就业指导课堂上形成"融课前教师设计主题、学生课下探究实践课上交流展示与课后评价反馈为一体"的全新课堂教学模式,从而提高教学实效性。
according to investigation,some college graduates appear career goals fuzzy job-hoppinglack sense of team and so on during jobhunting.In constructivist perspective,traditional teaching effect of employment guidance course is disturbing.WeChat and weibo (abbreviationdoubleWei),becauseof itspopular in college youth,can combine with exploring subject teaching mode,then establish information-based teaching environment,develop teachers design theme before class students practice after class and communicate with others at class students feedback after class newteaching mode,which can improve teaching effectiveness.
