高职物流专业“2112”工学交替培养模式的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of "the Combination Working&Learning" Talents Training Mode on Logistics in higher vocational Colleges "2112"

高职院校"工学交替"人才培养模式被广泛采用,但各地各校情况不一,在实施过程中其方式也不尽相同,以物流管理专业为例,分析在实施"工学交替"过程中面临的问题,提出构建"2112"的交替培养模式及实施对策,以适应高职物流管理专业以就业为导向,培养技能型、应用型专门人才的培养目标,全面提升学生就业竞争力,满足企业对应用型物流人才的需求。

'Working & learning' talents training mode is widely adopted in higher vocational colleges which varies from areas and the process of Practice.This paper takes the Logistics major in our college as an example,analyzes the problems facing in the course of 'working and learning' and puts forward to build up '2112' mode and practice tractics to adapt the cultivated goal on the employment guide of the college,brings up skilled,applied specific talents.lt thoroughly improves the students' employment competition,satisfics the enterprise's need of the applied logistic talents.
