年轻恒前牙牙髓再生动物实验研究

Experimental study on regeneration of young permanent anterior teeth pulp

摘要 目的观察犬年轻恒牙根尖周炎牙髓再生治疗后的组织学变化。方法选取6只4月龄比格犬的上颌第一切牙,共12颗,拍摄术前片,造根尖周炎模型,经牙髓再生治疗后,比格犬分别于0个月、3个月、6个月拍X线片与术前片对比,观察牙根发育状况以及根尖炎症愈合状况。6月后处死动物,标本苏木精一伊红(HE)染色,观察根尖孔闭合情况及根管内容物的构成。结果根管内新生组织为牙骨质样组织、牙周样组织,以及剩余牙髓。结论比格犬年轻恒牙根尖周炎经牙髓再生治疗后,可以促进牙根继续发育。而剩余的牙髓可以存活于炎症牙根,误以为牙髓生成。 Objective To observe the histological changes of pulpal regeneration in young canine permanent periapical periodontitis. Methods Six 4-month-old beagle dogs with maxillary first incisors were selected,12 teeth were taken before operation,and the periapical periodontitis model was made. after pulpal regeneration treatment,the beagle dogs were taken x-ray films in October,March and June respectively and compared with those before operation. the root development and apical inflammation healing were observed. Animals were sacrificed after 6 months. hematoxylin-eosin(he) staining was used to observe the closure of apical foramen and the composition of root canal contents. Results The endodontic nascent tissue was bone-like tissue,periodontal tissue and residual pulp. Conclusion The root canal regeneration can promote the root canal development in young beagle dogs. And the rest of the pulp can survive in inflammatory roots,mistakenly assume that pulp production.
