摘要
聚酯多元醇包括常规聚酯多元醇、聚己内酯多元醇和聚碳酸酯二醇,它们含有酯基(COO)或碳酸酯基(OCOO)。研究了抗氧剂在常规聚酯多元醇合成中的影响:(1)选取3种具有代表性的抗氧剂,探究它们对同一聚酯品种合成的影响;(2)同一种抗氧剂对不同聚酯品种合成的影响。通过色度、羟值、酸价、粘度等指标来表征实验结果。
Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)aerogels containing ZnAl layered double hydroxide(ZnAl-LDH)were preparedby in-situ synthesis of ZnAl-LDH layers in CMC solutions and freeze-drying process. The structural characterization andmorphological observation demonstrated that the two components had strong interaction with ZnAl-LDH embedded in CMCmatrix completely. The influence of ZnAl-LDH on the thermal properties and flammability performance of the compositeaerogels was investigated. It was established that ZnAl-LDH could improve the thermal stability as well as fire safety ofCMC/ZnAl-LDH aerogels. The growth of pine-needle shaped carbonate anhydrous on the surfaces of CMC/ZnAl-LDH filmscombined with ZnAl-LDH layers promoted a formation of compact intumesenct char, while the ZnAl-LDH particles stabilizedthe char structure.
