摘要
简要分析了目前高校兼职班主任工作的现状,同时对高校班主任工作的开展提出了明确要求。为使学生得到全面健康发展,结合高校现状对班主任工作进行了思考,并提出了一些建议。
The situation of the part-time teacher was analyzed briefly on charge work in colleges,from two aspects ofadvantages and disadvantages in this article. At the same time,the part-time work was explicitly put forward the request bycolleges. In order to make students get comprehensive healthy development,some suggestions have been proposed by theauthor,who combined with their own situation of the teacher in charge work.
