摘要
针对目前校准多功能标准电信号输出装置的方法复杂、读取测量数据准确性不高的问题,提出采用一种交直流电表校验仪校准装置来校准该类输出装置。应用自动化校准系统,根据被校装置的不同输出功能及测量点,自动切换相应标准表状态进行校准并处理数据。对测量原理、测量模型以及测量不确定度进行分析,通过与中国计量科学研究院的测量结果比较,满足JJF 1033—2016计量标准考核规范中关于测量结果验证的条件,验证了该套装置给出的测量结果的可信度和不确定度合理性,证明了装置有效性。
To solve the problem which the calibration method of multi-functional electrical signal output device is complex and the accuracy of reading measurement data is not high. It is proposed to use a calibration of AC/ DC electric instrument calibrator to calibratethe output devices. It uses automatic calibration system to automatically switch status of the corresponding standard meter. It calibratesand process the data according to different output functions and measurement points of the calibrated device. Measurement principle,measurement model and measurement uncertainty are analyzed. The demands about verification of measurement result in JJF 1033-2016 Rule for the Examination of Measurement Standard meets through the comparison from China Institute of Metrology. The resultsverifies the credibility and uncertainty of the measurement results given by the calibration, which proves the validity of the calibration.
