摘要
目的:探讨依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗对急性脑出血(acute cerebral hemorrhage,ACH)患者脑血管动力学、氧化应激产物及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:将收治的96例ACH患者按照随机数字表分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48),两组均行常规治疗。在此基础上,对照组加用依达拉奉注射液,观察组应用依达拉奉注射液联合高压氧治疗。检测治疗前后所有受试者脑血管动力学、氧化应激产物及炎性因子水平的变化。结果:治疗前,两组脑血管功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Vmean和Qmean水平较组内治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05);且观察组高于治疗后对照组,差异比较有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清氧化应激产物水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SOD水平较组内治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于治疗后对照组,差异比较有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MDA水平较组内治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于治疗后对照组,差异比较有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清炎症因子水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α和IL-1β水平较组内治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于治疗后对照组,差异比较有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:依拉达奉联合高压氧治疗能有效改善ACH患者脑血管动力学,减轻氧化应激和炎症反应,利于患者预后。
Objective:To investigate the effects of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cerebral vasculature,oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH).Methods:96 patients with ACH were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)according to the random number table.Both groups were treated routinely.On this basis,the control group was treated with edaravone injection,and the observation group was treated with edaravone injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The The changes of cerebrovascular dynamics,oxidative stress products and inflammatory factors were examined in all subjects before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in cerebrovascular function between the two groups before treatment(P〉0.05).After treatment,the levels of Vmean and Qmean in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P〈0.05).The levels of Vmean and Qmean in the observation group was higher than those of the control group after treatment(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in serum oxidative stress between the two groups before treatment(P〉0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P〈0.05).The levels of SOD in the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P〉0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P〈0.05).The levels of MDA in the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P〈0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-1β in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P〈0.05).The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the observation group was lower than those of the control group after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Eradapine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve cerebral vascular dynamics,reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory response in patients with ACH,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
