摘要
文章以化学清洗法为主要处理手段,其中以破稳剂、清洗剂和重金属离子固化剂为主要药剂进行处理。现场工程实践结果表明:当破稳剂浓度为50g/L、清洗剂浓度为5%、重金属离子固化剂浓度为20%时,磺化水基钻井液经此工艺处理后可达到DB23/T 1413—2010《油田含油污泥综合利用污染控制标准》及GB15618—1995《土壤环境质量标准》二级标准的要求。
The main treatment methods used in this study was chemical cleaning method,and the main adopted chemical agents were stabilization breaker agent,washing agent and heavy metal mineralization agent.The field engineering results indicated that when the concentration of stabilization breaker was 50 g/L,the concentration of washing agent was 5% and the concentration of heavy metal mineralization agent was 20%,the sulfonated water-based drilling mud wastes treated by chemical cleaning method could meet the requirements in"Pollution Control Standard for Comprehensive Utilization of Oilfield Oily Sludge "(DB 23/T 1413—2010)and also meet the secondary level requirements in"Environmental Quality Standard for Soils"(GB 15618—1995).
