摘要 介绍了国内钻井液不落地工艺的发展现状,分析了目前苏里格气田采用的三种钻井液不落地工艺在工艺流程、设备配置、人员配备方面的不同以及各自的优点和不足,提出循环罐三级固控系统+地埋罐+串联加长振动筛+绞轮机+砂坑工艺短期内市场适应性最强;若解决后续砂子拉运及处理后勤保障,循环罐四级固控系统+地埋罐+大罐工艺市场推广前景较好;建立企业自己的专业废钻井液处理厂是大势所趋。 This paper introduces the domestic development status of non-landing process for drilling fluid,and analyzes three kinds of non-landing processes applied in Sulige Gasfield and their advantages and disadvantages in technological process,equipment,personnel allocation.It points out that the circulation tank three stage solid control system plus buried tank,series vibrating screen,hank turbine and sand pit process has strong market adaptability in the short term.However,in order to solve the transportation of the sands and logistical support,circulation tank four stage solid control system plus buried tank and big tank process has good popularization prospect.The future tendency is to build professional plant of its own for waste drilling fluid treatment.
