摘要
本文对39对反复流产夫妇同时进行外周血G显带及高分辨显带(High-Resolution Chromosome,HRC)检查,检出异常核型7例,占受检人数的8.9%(7/78)。其中复杂易位2例,相互易位4例,罗伯逊易位1例。在复杂易位中的1例,其母也为复杂易位核型。HRC可对异常染色体的断点精确定位。
The G-banding and high-resolution chromosome techniques (HRC) wereused for analyzing 39 couples with recurrent srontaneous abortion. 7 caseswith abnormal karyotypes were found, accounted for 8.9 %, inclusive of 2complex-translocations, 4 reciprocal-translocations and 1 Robertsonian-translo-cation. In investigated pedigree another case with complex-translocation wasfound. The breakpoints of abnormal chromosome were accuretely located byHRC. The clinical application of HRC is discussed.
