城市规模与农民工城市生活幸福感

City Size and Happiness of Migrant Workers

基于中国微观调查数据CGSS2013,采用多元有序Logit模型,研究农民工进城后幸福感的影响因素。结果显示:城市规模与农民工幸福感呈负向关系,农民工就业类型差异会影响其城市生活幸福感,不同区域城市规模的变化对幸福感的影响程度存在差异。此外,个体特征、经济特征、住房特征也对农民工工幸福感产生影响。

Based on microscopic survey data CGSS2013 of China,this paper estimated the factors whichinfluencehappiness of migrant workers after they move into the cities by using the ordered logit model.The re-sults showed that city size is of a negative relationship with happiness,and different employment situations re-sult in different factors influencing happiness.Changes in urban areas of different sizes also have different im-pact on happiness.Besides,individual differences exist in terms of the happiness of migrant workers,which arecaused by individual,economic and housing features.
