摘要
大学生就业是完成学习理论之后进而实现自我价值的过程。随着高等教育发展规模的扩大,大学生就业问题越来越严峻。基于对某高校2013级毕业生的问卷调查结果,分析大学应届毕业生负面就业心理表现,并结合其产生因素,提出矫正大学应届毕业生负面就业心理的若干对策。
