论花式篮球在高校篮球教学中的有效融入

Discussion on the Effective Integration of Fancy Basketball in College Basketball Teaching

采用文献资料法,以高校篮球教学中存在的主要问题为研究入口,对花式篮球融入高等学校篮球教学的优势展开探讨。研究认为:花式篮球以其特有的时尚性、新颖性,能有效提高学生的篮球技术、兴趣以及积极性。建议:可以将花式篮球作为学生进行体育锻炼时的热身运动,以游戏融入到篮球教学中,并适当替代篮球课程的部分内容,以放松活动的形式,来激发学生们的篮球兴趣,以促进高校篮球教学效果的有效提升。

Using the method of literature,and starting from the main problems in college basketball teaching,this paper discusses the advantages of integrating fancy basketball into college basketball teaching. Research shows that the fashion and novelty of fancy basketball could promote students' skills,interest and enthusiasm effectively.Suggestions: fancy basketball can be used as warm-up exercises,be integrated into basketball as a game,and be part of the main teaching part to promote students' interest,and enhance basketball teaching results.
