论中国足球长期落后的外部原因及对策

The External Reasons and Countermeasures of Chinese Football Long-term Falling Behind

通过文献资料法、案例分析法,对中国足球落后的原因进行了分析。认为:足球运动在学校体育中的普及与开展不够,政府部门过度干预足球俱乐部事务,俱乐部管理者过度干涉教练执教事务,经纪人队伍发育不成熟,青训体系不完备,监督不力,足球市场不发达,球迷文化成熟度低等是导致中国足球落后的原因,并探讨了其相应的解决方法。

The reasons of Chinese football backward were analyzed in this paper by the method of literature and causes analysis. The authors consider that several reasons cause Chinese football backward. For example,the role of schools can' t play enough,the government department interferes in the football club affairs excessively,club managers coach affairs,the development of agent team is not mature,the academy system isn' t complete and ineffective supervision and the football market is not developed. How to solve the backward countermeasures are also discussed.
