薄荷精油微胶囊的制备及其在鞋垫中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用β-环糊精为壁材,以薄荷精油为芯材,通过包埋法制备β-环糊精包合薄荷精油的微胶囊,并确定最佳工艺条件为:芯壁比1∶6,溶剂混合比(薄荷精油与乙醇的体积比)1∶40,在30℃下搅拌3.5h,并通过浸轧法将微胶囊和季铵盐整理到鞋垫上.问卷调查和实验测试表明,抗菌除臭功能鞋垫遮臭效果良好,但薄荷精油香味的持久性不长,透气性增大,透水汽性几乎不变,耐汗渍性增强,抗菌性增强. Peppermint oil microcapsule were prepared withβ-cyclodextrin as wall material and peppermint oil as core material by the method of embedding.The optimum process conditions were as follows:proportion of core and wall is 1∶6,the volume ratio of peppermint oil and ethanol 1∶40,mixing temperature 30 ℃,mixing time 3.5 h.Insoles are treated by the method of pad-dry-cure process.The properties of antibacterial and deodorization are investigated through qualitative or quantitative analysis.The results show that the functional insoles have excellent antibacterial and deodorizational properties,but the durability of odour is not long.Compared with the untreated cotton fabric,the functional insoles have better air permeability,wash fastness,perspiration resistance,and antibacterial properties.However,water vapor permeability remains unchanged.
