摘要
学习型社会的显著标志就是全民终身学习,成年人离开学校之后接受继续教育是终身学习的重要方式。然而,同样具有职业特征的"新型职业农民"的继续教育却鲜见于关注。本文立足于首都新型职业农民培养的实际需要,通过分析国内外学习成果认证的研究与实践,以线上学习和线下学习成果互认为切入点,将农民的生产实践性成果纳入中等学历课程学习的考核,探索农民非正式学习成果与中等学历教育相关课程学习学分互换的实践路径。
The significant sign of learning society is lifelong learning, which is also an important way for adults to continue education after leaving school. However, the continuing education of new professional farmer with the same job characteristics is rarely noticed. Based on the actual needs of the metropolitan of new professional farmer training, through the analysis on the research and practice of learning achievement certification at home and abroad, with online and offline learning achievement recognition as the starting point, this paper tried to bring the practical achievements of farmers into the assessment of secondary education results, and explore the practice path of learning credit interchange between informal learning achievements and related course learning.
