Research on Knowledge Service System Model Based on Artificial Intelligence

以知网、万方、维普为信息源,采用文献调研法和系统考察法分析现有文献,考察人工智能发展历史、现状及与知识服务关系,构建智力动产价值提升链视角下基于人工智能的知识服务系统模型,其体系结构分用户接口、功能模块、技术实现三层,功能模块分知识获取、知识构建、知识推荐、知识服务、知识创新五模块。

The paper analyzed both the history and status quo of artificial intelligence,and explored the relationship between artificial intelligence and knowledge service system.It then constructed a model of knowledge service system based on artificial intelligence from the perspective of value chain enhancement of intellectual property,by using the methods of the literature research and system investigation,with the literature sources from the CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP search.It concludes that the architecture system is divided into three levels:user interfaces and module functions,and technology realization;the function module is further divided into five sub-modules:knowledge acquisition,knowledge construction,knowledge recommendation,knowledge services,and knowledge innovation.
