交联剂对GG-g-PAA/OATP吸液性能的影响

摘要 以瓜尔胶(GG)、改性凹凸棒(OATP)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用紫外光引发接枝聚合法制备了GG-gPAA/OATP吸水树脂,研究了交联剂对树脂吸液倍率、吸液速率和反复溶胀性的影响,采用FTIR对树脂的结构进行了分析。结果表明,交联剂对树脂的吸液性、耐盐性影响显著,交联剂与光敏剂存在最佳组合,使用酯类、醇类交联剂有利于提高树脂的反复溶胀性,但不同交联剂下树脂的吸液速率与吸液倍率成正比,且符合肖特伪二级溶胀模型。 A super absorbent was prepared by UV-initiated graft polymerization method using acrylic acid( AA),guar gum( GG),organic attapulgite( OATP) as raw materials. The effects of cross-linking agent on the water and salt absorbency,absorbency rate and swelling property of the super-absorbent polymer( SAP) were investigated,and further the sample which prepared in the optimized conditions was characterized by FTIR. The results show that crosslinking agent has great effect on the water absorbency and salt resistance of the SAP. There are optimal combination existed between crosslinking agent and photosensitizer and using esters and alcohols as crosslinking agent benefit for the improvement of repeated swelling property. However,the water and salt absorbency rate of the resin crosslinked with different agent is proportional to the absorbency and the kinetic feature followed the pseudo-second order model.
