摘要
以陕西澄合矿区煤矸石为原料,采用直接浸润法合成聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC),探讨焙烧温度、盐酸浓度、反应时间和pH值对煤矸石合成聚合氯化铝铁的影响,并将其用于处理煤泥水。结果表明,当煤矸石的焙烧温度在800℃,盐酸浓度为25%,反应时间2 h,聚合pH值为3时,PAFC的絮凝性能最好,且每100 mL煤泥水的絮凝剂用量在8 mL左右时,絮凝效果最好。
Adopts coal gangue in Shaanxi Chenghe as raw materials,uses direct infiltrate to compound PAFC,discussed the impact factors of preparation of PAFC,as calcination time,acidity,reaction time and pH value,use it to deal with slime water and determine the best usage amount. The results show that when the calcination temperature of coal gangue is 800 ℃,hydrochloric acid concentration is 25%,reaction time is 2 h and pH value of polymerization is 3,its flocculation effect is the best. And the best dosage of flocculant is every 100 mL of slime water in about 8 mL of flocculation.
