摘要
以NH_4HCO_3为沉淀剂,共沉淀法制备稀土掺杂二氧化锆载体,浸渍法负载镍,分别制备了5种稀土掺杂的镍基催化剂Ni/RZrO_x,R=Tb,Er,Dy,Y,Pr;稀土元素与锆元素物质的量比R∶Zr=1∶4,活性组分Ni的质量分数10%。采用XRD、H_2-TPR及TPO表征催化剂的晶体结构和氧化还原性质,用微型固定床反应器考察了催化剂在甲烷水蒸气重整制氢反应中的活性和选择性。结果表明,5个掺杂稀土的镍基催化剂在甲烷水蒸气重整制氢反应中有良好活性和选择性;掺杂镨的催化剂的催化性能最好,650℃时,氢气的摩尔百分比达78.4%,CH4转化率达94%。
Rare earth doped Zr O2 supporter was prepared through coprecipitation with precipitator NH_4HCO_3. Five catalysts were prepared through impregnation doped nickel,which was Ni/RZr Ox,R =Tb,Er,Dy,Y,Pr; The molar ratio of rare earth element and zirconium element was 1∶ 4,and the mass fraction of active component Ni was 10%. The crystal structures and oxidation-reduction quality of catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,H_2-TPR and TPO,then the activity and selectivity of catalysts in steam reforming of methane for producing hydrogen reaction were investigated in a fixed bed microreactor.Good activity and selectivity of the five rare earth doped nickel-based catalysts were presented through the results of the investigation; Meanwhile the catalytic performance of praseodymium doped catalyst was best,the mole fraction of H2 and the conversion of methane were nearly 78. 4% and 94% respectively when the reaction temperature was 650 ℃.
