摘要
通过基于结构工艺协同设计平台的三维工艺系统,构建三维数字化工艺设计环境,形成设计工艺一体化型号协同研制环境,实现设计过程与工艺过程的协同,以及快速、高效的基于三维模型的结构化工艺规划和管理,提高工艺规划的质量,从整体上缩短工艺准备周期,提高工艺质量,奠定数字化工厂数据集成基础。
The 3D digital technology design environment is established and the cooperation develop?ment environment for the integrated design and technology model is formed through the 3Dtechnology system based on the structural technology cooperation design platform, realizing the coop?eration between the design process and the technology process. With the rapid and efficient structuraltechnology planning and management based on the 3D model, the quality of the technology planningand the technology is improved, and the technology preparation cycle is shortened as a whole, layingthe foundation for digital factory data integration.
