摘要
本文对50例胃癌组织中环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶的活性和分布与小肠吸收细胞标志酶AKP、LAP的表达进行了比较研究。结果显示:环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶与胃癌细胞AKP和LAP的表达呈正相关。并对环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶与胃癌细胞吸收功能分化的关系及其生物学意义作了初步探讨。
The localization and activity of both cyclic adenosine 3′, 5′-monophosphatephosphodiesterase and cyclic guanosine 3′, 5′-monophosphate phosphodiesterasein 50 human stomach cancer tissues were studied histochemically. Comparedwith the enzyme-histochemical investigation on alkline phosphatase and amin-opeptidase, which have been usualy considered as marker enzymes of absorptivecell in small intestine, the relationship between cyclic nucleotide phosphodi-esterases and the differentiation of absorptive function of gastric cancer cellswas preliminarily discussed.
