浅析建筑企业货物采购招标中的技巧与应用

Brief analysis on skills and application in the bidding of construction enterprise goods procurement

采购周期长和报价一经投标后无法变动等两个问题在货物采购的实际操作过程中出现频率较高,对建筑企业货物采购的影响较大。本文浅析了招标采购方式在货物采购中的适用性,并通过引用建筑企业货物采购具体实例,分析了采购方式的上述两个局限性,提出了应对方法。

Two problems of long procurement cycle and unchanged quotation after bidding are frequently discovered inactual operation of goods procurement, thereby producing larger influence on construction enterprise goods procurement. Inthe paper, the applicability of bidding procurement mode in goods procurement is analyzed. Two limitations of procurementmode are analyzed through citinggoods procurement concrete examples in construction enterprises, and solution areproposed.
