摘要
现阶段,水患灾害频发使水库存在的问题日益凸显,建立水库预警机制在当前防患抗洪的大环境下尤为重要,如何能够择优选择适宜的水库抢险技术及有效的水库预警机制是问题的关键,因此本文就水库预警及抢险过程中的主要技术展开探究,并总结出水库预警系统的建立模式。
Currently, flood disasters frequently occur, and reservoir problems are highlighted. Establishment of reservoirearly warning system is particularly important under current circumstances of preventing hidden danger and resisting flood.How to select suitable reseroir rescue technology and efective reseroir early warning mechanism is the key of the problem. Therefore, main technologies during reservoir early warning and emergency rescue are explored. The establishment mode of reservoir early warning system is summarized.
