应用型高校经济专业大学生团队自主学习探究

Research on Students' Self-regulated Team-learning Majoring in Economics in Application-oriented Universities

该文以"证券投资学"为例,按照组建团队、自主学习、阶段反馈、项目汇报、项目总结五个步骤,从学习内容、学习过程、学习反馈、学习结果、评价标准、总结引申等多个方面,设计出比较详细的团队自主学习方案.在团队自主学习过程中,教师要注意激发学生的学习兴趣,设计合理的学习内容,制定科学的考核方案,同时尽快转变角色,以最大程度地提升大学生团队自主学习效果.

The"securities investment"is taken for an example in this paper.According to seting up teams,self-regulated team-learning,feedback in the intermediate stage,report the project and summa-rize the project,many aspects of learning content,learning process,learning feedback,learning re-sult,evaluation standard,summarize and extended are considered.A program of self-regulatedteam-learning detailed is designed.It indicates that teachers should pay attention to stimulate stu-dents' learning interest,design a reasonable learning content,draw up a scientific assessment pro-gram.It is necessary to promote the effect of self-regulated team-learning maximally.
