高校知识产权管理现状与对策研究——以江苏高校为例

Research on Present Situation and Countermeasures of Intellectual Property Management in Universities: Taking Jiangsu Universities as an Example

针对现行高校知识产权管理过程中存在的诸多问题,结合江苏省关于新形势下进一步加强高等学校知识产权工作的有关意见,提出相关措施:提高战略认识,激发知识产权创造活力;完善专利制度,优化知识产权管理体制与机制;优化专利结构,强化知识产权价值导向;加强专利推广,创新知识产权转化机制。

The paper puts forward the measures to strengthen themanagement and protection of intellectual property rights, based onthe existing problems in the management of intellectual property inuniversities. The improvement of intellectual property managementsystem was improved such as optimize the management system andmechanism of intellectual property rights, optimize the patent structure, strengthen the value orientation of intellectual property rights,strengthen the patent promotion, and innovate the intellectual property transformation mechanism.
