摘要
目的:在学生心理健康教育过程中尝试使用隐喻故事进行干预,为新常态下的学生管理提供新思路。方法:在自然实验状态下,按照对比对照实验研究的要求,采取常模参照检验的办法进行实证研究。结果:实验组相对于对照组,症状自评量表各因子得分显著低于常模标准。结论:隐喻故事能有效改善学生心理健康状态。
Purpose Intervene the mental health of the students with metaphoric story, providing new ideas for the management of students under the new normal. Method： Under the natural experiment condition, according to the experimental requirement of the control, take norm referenced test approach for empirical research. Result： The SCL-90 score was signi？ cantly lower than the norm between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion： The story of metaphor can effectively improve the students’ psychological health status.
