摘要
目的:在学生心理健康教育过程中尝试使用隐喻故事进行干预,为新常态下的学生管理提供新思路。方法:在自然实验状态下,按照对比对照实验研究的要求,采取常模参照检验的办法进行实证研究。结果:实验组相对于对照组,症状自评量表各因子得分显著低于常模标准。结论:隐喻故事能有效改善学生心理健康状态。
Purpose Intervene the mental health of the students with metaphoric story, providing new ideas for the management of students under the new normal. Method: Under the natural experiment condition, according to the experimental requirement of the control, take norm referenced test approach for empirical research. Result: The SCL-90 score was signi? cantly lower than the norm between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: The story of metaphor can effectively improve the students’ psychological health status.
