The negotiation curriculum means allowing students to participate in modifying the course scheme, stimulate students’ interest and exploring desire, and cultivate students’ consciousness and ability to criticize, explore and re? ect. In order to improve students’ comprehensive quality, the elementary education of Internet+ era is carried out from teachers’ quality, information platform, curriculum target and content and evaluation to design learning activities.
