在管理会计转型和输配电价改革的背景下,如何快速提升财务人员素质,开辟队伍成长的"快车道",国网淮北公司在SWOT分析的基础上,创新财务队伍管理方式,开展了"12345"打造管理会计队伍的实践活动,稳步提升财务队伍综合素质,向着"个人有专长、团队无短板"的目标踏实迈进。
In the background of management accounting transformation and transmission and distribution price reform,it has become important to improve the quality of financial staff quickly and open up a ″ast lane″. On the basis of SWOT analysis,the company innovates a new style of financial team management.It carries out the practice of ″12345″ to create a management accounting team,steadily improving the comprehensive quality of the financial team,and moves towards the goal of ″ndividual with expertise and team with no short board″.
