摘要
根据电力营销稽查监控系统,长期统计营销归档业务的审计项,以业扩报装方案制定类审计项作为数据源,提炼实际工作中具有典型代表性的案例,编制形成《营销稽查业扩归档数据审计案例分析》。通过分析审计项产生原因,提出的解决方案能指导电力营销业务流程正常办理。营销稽查审计分析能帮助客户经理有效避免各类典型问题,提高业扩一次性正确办结率。最终对缩短大客户平均接电时间,实现业扩提速,提升客户满意度、提高公司市场竞争力都具有实际意义。
According to the power marketing audit monitoring system,the long-term marketing and archiving business audit items are counted and industry expansion plans is served as the source of data for laying down the audit items. Marketing Auditing Industry Expansion Archives Data Audit Case Analysis has been compiled by refining the typical cases in actual work. By analyzing the causes of the audit items,the solutions are given to guide the normal operation of the electricity marketing business processes.
