摘要 营销项目通过网络化管理,加强了营销项目计划执行的管控,提高了分析质量,加快了信息反馈,形成闭环管理。利用实时收集、整理的营销项目计划进度数据,项目管理人员及项目负责人可随时获得项目进展情况,存在问题,及时采取相应对策。营销项目管理平台为项目管理人员提供完整、准确的项目信息,方便统计、分析及打印,减轻了项目管理人员日常管理的工作负担,提高了营销项目管理的工作效率,为营销项目分析与辅助决策提供有力支撑。 Networking management strengthens the management and the control of marketing project performance,improves the analysis quality,speeds up the data feedback,and hence closed-loop management takes shape. Taking advantage of the collected and sorted real-time data of the marketing project,the project personnel and project managers have instant access to the progress of the project and existing problems,and they can take corresponding countermeasures without delay. The platform of marketing project management provides the project personnel with the complete and accurate project data,which is convenient for statistics,analysis and printing,and thus reduces the burden of the project personnel in their daily work,increases the work efficiency in marketing project management,and achieves effective support in analysis and aid decision of marketing project.
