社交媒体在电子商务推荐系统中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 个性化推荐技术的应用是电子商务平台进行精细化运营的重要手段。个性化商品推荐系统的合理设计能够有效提高电子商务平台订单转化率,缩短用户购物路径,改善用户体验。近些年来,电子商务与社交媒体相融合的创新模式为社会化推荐提供了可能。挖掘社交关系数据的用户关系,将其应用到传统的推荐模型中,是改善推荐系统推荐精度的有效方法。
