摘要
目的探讨通过信息技术手段提高会诊质量与效率。方法通过电子病历等信息技术手段规范会诊流程,并在应用过程中发现问题持续改进,同时依托数据平台将会诊数据进行获取、挖掘、统计、展示,应用于会诊管理。比较通过信息技术手段进行管理前后会诊质量和效率指标变化。应用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果 2017年1月-6月和2013年同期的会诊相关质量和效率指标比较,会诊及时率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),会诊双方满意度达95%左右。结论信息技术是进行会诊管理的有力工具,可有效提高会诊质量和效率。
Objective To investigate the way of improving quality and efficiency of consultation by means of information technology.Methods Standardize the consultation process through information technology means like electronic medical records, find problems and keep improving in the application process, simultaneously were analyze, count and display the consultation data relying on data platform. Then we compare the changes in indicators of quality and efficiency before and after consultation management through information technology means.We analyze by using SPSS 17.0.Results There is a significant increasing in rate of on-time consultation between the period of January to June, 2017 and the same period in 2013, the difference has statistical significance(P=0.000),satisfaction between both sides in consultation is about 95%.Conclusion Information technology meansis a powerful tool in consultation management, quality and efficiency of consultation can be significantly improved through it.
