摘要
目的针对参与手术的医务人员分别制定相应考核指标,激励各类手术参与者,提高手术室使用效率。方法在医院手术麻醉信息系统中建立签到功能,采集相关时间点,绩效指标体系中增加手术室使用率相关指标,每季度对绩效指标统计、反馈、分析与改进。结果 2016年手术室使用率由2015年的85.51%达到94.14%,手术室工作时间使用率由2015年的74.64%增加至92.25%,麻醉手术科的相关指标基本持平。结论医院通过监测手术室使用率可以协调手术间安排,通过绩效考核促进手术参与者,共同合作提高工作时间内手术室使用率。
Objective For the staff involved in the operation, respectively, to develop appropriate assessment indicators to encourage all types of surgical participants to improve the operating room efficiency.Methods In the hospital anesthesia information system to establish sign-in function, acquisition of relevant time points, performance indicators system to increase operating room utilization related indicators, quarterly performance indicators statistics,feedback, analysis and improvement.Results In 2016, the utilization rate of the operating room in the whole hospital reached 94.14% from 85.51% in 2015, and the working hours of the operating room increased from 74.64% in 2015 to 92.25%. The related indexes of the anesthesia surgery department were basically the same.Conclusion Hospital through the monitoring of the operating room operating room can coordinate the operation arrangements,through the performance evaluation to promote the participants in the operation, work together to improve the operating hours of the operating room utilization.
