河南省2005-2016年戊型病毒性肝炎报告病例流行特征分析

Analysis of reported hepatitis E cases from 2005 to 2016 in Henan province of China

目的了解2005-2016年河南省戊型肝炎(戊肝)的流行病学特征。方法采集2005-2016年《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中报告的戊肝病例数据,分析其时间、地区、职业和报告医院等分布特征,综合分析12年来河南省戊肝报告病例的特点。结果 2005-2016年河南省累计报告戊肝病例6 211例,死亡病例1例,年均发病率为0.56/10万,45~50岁报告病例数最多,为801例。30~60岁人群共计报告4 682例,占总报告数的75.38%。农民占报告病例的57.87%。男性报告病例数高于女性,男女性别比为2.87∶1。戊肝在河南省各县市区的发病情况不一,报告病例数和发病率最高的是郑州市区,年均发病率为1.17/10万,最低的是开封市区,年均发病率为0.18/10万。全省共计有370家医院报告戊肝病例,其中2.7%(10/370)的医院报告了43.54%(2 704/6 211)的病例。结论 2005-2016年河南省戊肝报告病例具有性别分布特征、城乡分布特征和职业分布特征。各医院累计报告病例数差别较大。

Objective To analyze the reported cases of Hepatitis E in Henan province of China from 2005 to 2016. Methods Information of reported hepatitis E cases was collected from Infectious Diseases Reporting Information System of China during 2005 and 2016. The characteristics of time, region, profession and reported hospital were analyzed. The character of hepatitis E cases reported during 2005 to 2016 in Henan province were analyzed. Results A total of 6 211 hepatitis E cases were reported from 2005 to 2016 in Henan province of China. Only one death case. The annual morbidity was 0.56/105. Most reported cases were between 45 to 50 years old （801 cases）. Farmers are the majority of reported cases （57.87~//oo）. Number of male cases is higher than that of females and the sex ratio is 2.87 .＂ 1. Hepatitis E showed different distribution in different areas in Henan province with most reported cases and the highest morbidity in Zhengzhou city and the annual morbidity is 1.17/105. The lowest reported cases and the lowest morbidity were seen Kaifeng city with the annual morbidity at 0.18/10s. A total of 370 hospitals in Henan province reported Hepatitis E and 2.7% of the hospitals reported 43. 540//00 of the cases. Conclusions Hepatitis E cases reported from 2005 to 2016 in Henan of China showed different distribution characters in gender, urban/ rural and profession.
