摘要 传统的混凝土泵车伸缩支腿计算在精确建立力学模型时有一定的难度。为提高计算精度,应用ANSYS有限元分析技术,考虑两级伸缩支腿间以及与底座结构间的接触和摩擦等非线性因素,建立伸缩支腿、底座的整体有限元模型。通过计算得到伸缩支腿的刚度、应力分布和接触情况,找出薄弱部位,为结构优化提供依据,形成系统的基于ANSYS软件平台的泵车支腿快速计算方法,为系列支腿产品的优化和改形设计提供有力地数值支持,提升设计效率。 Generally the traditional calculation method of truck mounted concrete pump retractable outriggers is diffcult to establish the precise mechanical models. To improve accuracy, the overall fnite element model was established by using the fnite element method in ANSYS, considering the nonlinear factors, such as contact and friction. By calculating the stiffness distribution, the stress distribution and the contact situation was founded out the weakest parts to provide a basis for structural optimization. Forming a system based on ANSYS software platform fnite element method, provide strong numerical support for the series XC products optimization and reshaping design, improve design effciency.
