盾构顶管用正方形切削断面勒洛三角形刀盘探究 被引量:3

摘要 本文针对能够切削正方形断面的矩形盾构顶管用勒洛三角形刀盘进行研究,构建了刀具轨迹数学模型,采用AUTOCAD-LISP语言编程对刀具轨迹进行参数化设计,并基于该程序探讨了刀具轨迹与行星齿轮大小径比ξ、刀具安装半径系系数η的相关关系。提出了适用于勒洛三角形刀盘刀具磨损的修正预测模型,采用等寿命的方法对勒洛三角形刀盘刀具布置进行了研究,并结合工程案例分析了勒洛三角形刀盘的一般布刀方法。 In this paper the reuleaux triangular cutterhead is studied which be used in rectangular shield pipe jacking machine with advantage of cutting a square section. The mathematical model of tool trajectory is structured. The cutterhead tool trajectory is parametric designed using AUTOCAD-LISP programming, and based on the program the correlation between the tool trajectory with radius ratio of planetary gear ξ and coeffcient of cutter installation radius η be discussed. We came up with the tool wear prediction correction model that suitable for reuleaux triangle cutterhead. The reuleaux triangular cutterhead tool layout was studied with the principle of equal life, and combined with engineering case analysis the tool layout general method of reuleaux triangle cutterhead.
