宗教参与养老研究——基于Y机构案例分析

在人口老龄化背景下,老年人日益增长的养老需求与社会养老服务供给之间的矛盾日益凸显,宗教参与养老服务逐步兴起。Y机构作为宗教参与养老的典型案例,是由具有宗教背景的人士发起并创建,借助信徒虔诚的奉献精神,为有需要的老人提供养老服务。宗教参与养老具有慈善性质,通过机构养老与互助式养老相结合的方式为老人提供以精神慰藉为特色的综合性养老服务。但是,目前宗教参与养老处于起步阶段,具有自发性、非专业性以及服务的局限性,需要政府、社会以及宗教自身积极配合,促进宗教参与养老的规范化和专业化建设,突破宗教参与兼老服备的局限性。

Along with the increasing of aging population, the contradiction between the supply and demand of social old-age pension services growing old people have become increasingly prominent.Religious participation in the gradual rise of pension services.Agency Y as a typical case of religious participation in the pension, is initiated and created by people with religious background, with the devotion of the devout believers, to provide pension services for the elderly in need.Religious participation in the pension has the nature of charity, through the combination of institutional pension and mutual support for the elderly to provide the spirit of comfort for the characteristics of the comprehensive pension services.However, at present, religious participation in the pension in the initial stage, with spontaneous and non organizational.It is necessary for the government, the society and the religion to cooperate actively to promote the standardization and specialization of the religious participation in the pension and break through the limitations of religious participation in the provision of services for the aged.
