摘要
内部专业评估作为高职院校内部质量保证的核心制度,是强化内涵建设的重要抓手。内部专业评估涉及学校、教师、学生、企业和社会等多个利益主体,如何平衡多元利益冲突,"公正"理念下的多元治理为我们提供了方法论,启示我们在内部评估中坚持分类评估的原则,重视对话机制的构建,突出过程评价和学生学习结果评价,整合第三方的评估数据,结合内部评估形成"评估——改进——再评估——改进"的持续渐进的保证机制,推动学校内涵建设,提高办学质量。
Internal professional evaluation as the core system of quality assurance in higher vocational colleges is an important starting point to strengthen the connotation construction. Internal professional assessment involves multiple interests of stakeholders about schools, teachers, students, enterprises and society. How to balance the multiple interest conflicts? The pluralistic governance under the "fair" philosophy provides us with a methodology, which inspires us to adhere to the principle of classification assessment in the internal assessment, focuses on the construction of the dialogue mechanism, highlights the process evaluation and the evaluation of student leaming results, integrates the evaluation data of the third party, and forms the "assessment-improvement- re-evaluation-improvement" continuous and progressive guarantee mechanism with the internal evaluation to promote the school connotation construction , and to improve the quality of running a school.
