摘要
教师专业发展是高等职业教育人才培养质量提升的重要抓手和保障。但当前职业教育场域中,教师队伍内部利益的分化和力量结构的失衡,致使公共课教师专业发展困难重重:一方面,教师成长在生存与发展之间进退两难;另一方面,促进教师成长的机会难觅。在场域理论视角下,这些问题的解决路径应涵盖以下几个方面内容:首先,加强专业教学标准建设,在课程体系中明确公共课程的位置;其次,深入开发公共课程,尤其是公共课程标准的开发;第三,重新审视现行绩效工资制度,进一步优化职称评定体系。
Teacher's developments are the focus and guarantee for the quality improvement of talent cultivation in higher vocational education. But in current vocational education field, it is difficult for general course teachers to develop their professions for teacher's internal interest differentiation and imbalance of power structure. On the one hand, general course teachers are in the dilemma between survival and development; on the other hand, it is hard for them to find enough opportunities to promote growth. From the field-theory perspective, the pathway to solve these problems should cover the following aspects: firstly, to strengthen the construction of professional teaching standards, locating the general courses in the curriculum system; Secondly, to deepen the level of general courses development, especially the development of curriculum standards; thirdly, evaluating and reviewing existing performance wage system, and optimizing teacher professional title evaluation system.
