摘要
目的:探讨用超声乳化白内障吸除术联合小梁切除术治疗PACG(原发性闭角型青光眼)合并白内障的临床效果。方法 :将2013年1月至2016年6月期间常州市武进区坂上眼科医院收治的21例PACG合并白内障患者(22只患眼)作为研究对象。对这些患者的22只患眼均进行超声乳化白内障吸除术联合小梁切除术。然后,比较进行手术前后这些患眼的矫正视力、眼压、前房的深度、使用降眼压药的情况及其发生术后并发症的情况。结果 :与术前相比,在术后这些患者患眼的矫正视力明显提高,其眼压明显下降,其前房的深度明显加深(P<0.05)。术前这些患者(22只患眼)均需使用降眼压药控制眼压,在术后3个月内其患眼中有19只患眼无需使用降眼压药即可保持眼压的稳定。术后,有14只患眼出现轻微的并发症,经处理后均恢复正常。结论 :用超声乳化白内障吸除术联合小梁切除术治疗PACG合并白内障的效果显著,可明显提高患者的矫正视力,控制其眼压,且安全性良好。
Objective To study effect of phacoemulsification combined with PACG （ primary angle closed glaucoma ） complicated with cataract.Methods Select 21 cases of patients （22 eyes）with PACG complicated with cataract treated in Banshang Ophthalmological Hospital during-January 2013 to June 2016 for research object. Treat these patients by the method of phacoemulsificatian combined with trabeculectomy.Then compare correctted visual acuity （CVA）, intraocular pressure （lOP）, anterior chamber depth ,situation of usage of ocular hypotensive agents and incidence of operative complications.Results Compare with the situation before operation,CVA of these patients were significantly increased,IOP were significantly decreased, anterior chamber depth was increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Before operation,these patients（22 eyes）need ocular hypotensive agents to control IOP, 3 months after treatment,there are 19 eyes needn＇t ocular hypotensive agents to control IOP.There are 14 eyes occurred operative complications,and return to normal after treatment. Conclusion Effect of phacoemulsification combined with PACG complicated with cataract is significant,the therapy will improve patients visual acuity and control IOP well, this therapy with good safety.
