摘要
原发性食管黑色素瘤是指发生于食管黏膜上皮基底层的黑色素细胞恶性肿瘤。该病是临床上较为少见的一种疾病。有统计数据显示,原发性食管黑色素瘤患者约占所有食管恶性肿瘤患者的0.1%~0.3%。临床上对该病患者的病情进行及时、准确的诊断,对延长其生存期、改善其预后十分重要。在本研究中,笔者主要探讨用细针穿刺活检法对1例原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤患者的病情进行诊断的情况。
Primary malignant melanoma is a kind of tumor grow in basal layer of esophageal mucosal epithelial. It is a rare disease in clinic. Research statistical data shows primary malignant melanoma patients only about 0.1% - 0.3% of the patients of malignant neoplasm of esophagus. To diagnose timely and accurately is important to patients for extending lifetime and improving prognosis. In this research, the article meanly to investigate diagnosis by fine needle aspiration biopsy for 1 cases of patient with primary malignant melanoma.
