对剖宫产术后尿潴留患者进行穴位敷贴和心理护理的效果研究

Effect of Point Application and psychological nursing for the patients with urinary retention after caesarean section

目的:研究对剖宫产术后尿潴留患者进行穴位敷贴和心理护理的临床效果。方法 :采用随机数表法将2016年1月至11月期间在泰州市姜堰中医院就诊的80例剖宫产术后尿潴留患者分为茯苓-心理组和常规护理组,每组各40例患者。在治疗期间,对两组患者均进行常规护理。在此基础上,为茯苓-心理组患者使用茯苓敷贴神阙穴,并对其进行心理护理。观察比较两组患者对护理的满意度和治护的效果。结果 :1)茯苓-心理组患者和常规护理组患者对护理的总满意率分别为97.50%(39/40)、70.00%(28/40),组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。2)茯苓-心理组患者和常规护理组患者治护的总有效率分别为97.50%(39/40)、75.00%(30/40),组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论 :对剖宫产术后尿潴留患者进行穴位敷贴(用茯苓敷贴神阙穴)和心理护理的临床效果良好,可提高其对护理的满意度。

Objective To study effect of Point Application and psychological nursing for the patients with urinary retention after caesarean section.Methods Divide 80 cases of the patients with urinary retention after caesarean section treated in Jiangyan Traditional Chineses Medical Hospital during January to November 2016 into Poria-psyeho group and Routine group by random number table.Base on routine nursing, treat Pofia-psycho group by the method of point application with poria cocos and psychological nursing.Then compare satisfaction of patients and curative effect of 2 groups.Results 1） Satisfaction of patients of Poria-psyeho group and Routine group respetively are 97.50% （ 39/40 ）, 70.00% （ 28/40 ） ,the difference between 2 groups have statistical siginificant （ P=0.002 ） .2）Curative rate of Poria-psycho group and Routine group respetively are 97.50% （ 39/40 ）, 75.00% （ 30/40 ） , the difference between 2 groups have statistical siginificant （ P=0.003 ） .Conclusion Apply point application（spread shenque acupoint with poria cocos） and psychological nursing for the patients with urinary retention after caesarean section achive good effect ,apply this method for the patients will increase satisfaction.
