摘要
目的 探讨多元化教学模式在护理综合实训课程中的应用效果.方法 以嘉应学院医学院2013级护理专业4个班级247名专科学生作为研究对象,将每个班级学生随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用多元化教学模式.结果 实验组学生对多元化教学模式的评价总分以及对其教学方法、教学效果、综合测评方面的评价均高于对照组学生对传统教学模式的评价,且差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01),而对于课程设置,对照组学生对其教学模式的评价高于实验组学生对其教学模式的评价,且差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论 多元化教学模式受到学生的认可,教师可以尝试开展并进一步加以完善.
Objective To discuss the application effect of diversified teaching model in nursing comprehensive training course.Methods 247 students of 4 classes of 2013 nursing college students in Medical College of Jiaying University were taken as the research object,each class students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,traditional teaching model was adopted in control group and diversified teaching model was adopted in experimental group.Results In regard to diversified teaching model,about evaluation gross score and evaluation of teaching methods,teaching effect and comprehensive assessment,experimental group students' scores were higher than those of control group students,and the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.01).But course setting evaluation of corresponding teaching model,control group's score was higher than that of experimental group,and the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.01).Conclusions Diversified teaching model were recognized by students,and teachers should try to carry out improving.
