摘要
目的 为广大教育工作者选择和运用教学方法提供客观依据.方法 针对国内高校传统教学方法评价忽视师生主体性及其个性化、多样化需求,盲目求新求异、重形式轻效益等问题,依据创新型人才培养规律和特点,引入“期望理论”和“利益相关者理论”,研究建立基于师生期望的教学方法评价模式,并以某高等医学院校八年制医学教育史课程教学为对象进行实践论证.结果 基于师生期望的教学方法评价模式,能够为合理选用教学方法提供科学依据.结论 该研究所建立教学方法评价模式具有一定的科学性、可行性和价值性.
Objective A study to provide an objective basis for educators to select and apply teaching methods.Methods Aiming at those questions on the traditional evaluation of teaching method in domestic universities,such as ignoring the subjectivity of teachers and students and their diversification and personalized needs,the blind pursuit of novelty,and heavy form light efficiency,according to the characteristics and rules of the cultivation of innovative talents,introducing the theory of "Expectancy theory" and "Stakeholder theory",combining theory and practice,the teaching method evaluation model were researched and established based on the expectation of teachers and students,and the practice of teaching the course of medical education history for eight-year program education was carried out in a medical university.Results The teaching method evaluation model based on the expectation of teachers and students can provide a scientific basis for the rational selection of teaching methods.Conclusions The teaching method evaluation model established in this study is scientific,feasible and valuable.
