摘要
为了制定科学、合理的医学院校人文素质教育评价指标体系(以下简称指标体系),提升医学院校人文素质教育质量和教育效果,提高医学生的人文素质,本文在文献回顾的基础上,构建了指标体系的基本框架.同时,运用德尔菲法、层次分析法等对指标体系进行论证并确定权重.最终,构建了包括5个一级指标、17个二级指标的人文素质教育评价指标体系,并确立了各指标权重.指标体系体现了新的教学理念、人文理念,结构及内容更为合理.
This paper is to build a set of evaluation index system for medical universities,so as to improve the quality of humanity education and the education effect.On the basis of literature review,a basic framework of evaluation index system was built,and Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to calculate the weight of the system.An evaluation index system for humanistic quality education including 5 first level indexes and 17 secondary indexes was built and the index weights were also established.The structure and content of the evaluation index system was more reasonable which reflected new teaching idea and humanistic idea.
