醒脾养儿颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗婴幼儿细菌性肠炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with zinc gluconate in treatment of infantile bacterial enteritis

目的分析醒脾养儿颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗婴幼儿细菌性肠炎的临床效果。方法选取该院2015年1月-2016年12月收治的婴幼儿细菌性肠炎180例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组88例,给予抗生素阿莫西林克拉维酸钾加蒙脱石散进行治疗;观察组92例,在对照组基础上联合醒脾养儿颗粒和葡萄糖酸锌进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,记录治疗前后患儿的外周血WBC水平和大便常规(WBC、RBC),观察治疗过程中临床指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);临床相关指标(退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间、纠正脱水时间以及平均住院时间方面)观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患儿入院3 d后、5 d后外周血WBC水平、大便常规情况(WBC、RBC)均低于对照组的水平(均P<0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗婴幼儿肠炎的疗效显著,明显缩短康复时间,临床上值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xingpi Yang＆#39;er granules combined with zinc gluconate in treatment of infantile bacterial enteritis.Methods A total of 180 infants with bacterial enteritis treated in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group （88 patients） and observation group （92 patients）.The patients in control group were treated by amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium and montmorillonite powder,and the patients in observation group were treated by Xingpi Yang＆#39;er granules combined with zinc gluconate based on amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium and montmorillonite powder.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.The levels of WBC in peripheral blood and stool routine test （WBC,RBC） before and after treatment were recorded,the changes of clinical indexes in the course of treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The fever clearance time,vomit-stopping time,diarrheastopping time,dehydration correct time,and mean hospitalization time in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of WBC in peripheral blood and stool routine test （WBC,RBC） at 3 and 5 days after treatment in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of Xingpi Yang＆#39;er granules combined with zinc gluconate in treatment of infantile bacterial enteritis is significant,which can significantly shorten recovery time,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
