摘要 针对循环流化床锅炉厂用电居高不下的问题,分析了一次风机、二次风机、高压流化风机、引风机、空冷风机电耗高的具体原因,得出了通过调整床料厚度、一次风入口挡板开度、入炉煤粒径、回转式空气预热器积灰、烟气含氧量、风机运行方式、变频技术、经济背压寻优等一系列方法降低厂用电率的措施,达到了节能降耗和增加经济效益的目的。 For the problem of high plant electricity rate in CFB, the paper analyzed the specific reason of primary fan, secondary fan, high - pressure stream of fan, induced draft fan and air cooling fan. It takes the methods that adjusting the thickness of the bed material, baffle opening, coal particle size, fouling of air preheater, oxy- gen content of flue gas, operation mode of fan, frequency conversion technology and backpressure optimization to reduce the plant electricity rate. to achieve the purpose of saving energy and increasing economic efficiency.
