摘要 针对燃气轮机电厂天然气压缩机能耗高、采用节流调节方式效率低的问题,阐述了压缩机变频调速技术的工作原理、调节过程以及设备选型应注意的事项,并对其节能效益进行了分析。运行实践表明,压缩机应用变频调速技术后,使其轴功率下降20.5%,节能效果明显,可供同类型电厂的节能改造参考。 Specific to the problems like the high energy consumption of natural gas compressor and the low effi- ciency in using throttling governing in gas turbine power plant, in this study, the working principle, the regulating process and the matters needing attention of variable - frequency regulating speed technology incompressor were expounded and analysis was made onits energy efficiency. The operation practice showed thatthe shaft power of the compressor could reduce by 20.5%after the variable -frequency regulating speed technology was applied in the compressor, which presented significant energy -saving efficiency. It can be used as the refer- ence for the energy - saving transformation for similar power plants.
