摘要
为了研究加氢裂解制备生物质航空替代燃料过程中的中间产物对传统航空煤油燃烧性能的影响,选取3种不同烃类(十四烷、十六烷和丁基苯)与RP-3航空煤油按不同比例掺混并进行基础燃烧实验。实验比较了不同种类的混合燃料燃烧温度的变化以及由此引起的燃烧产物的组分及浓度的变化情况。实验结果表明:掺混直链烷烃后,混合燃料的燃烧火焰温度明显提高,而掺混丁基苯后,燃烧火焰温度显著降低;掺混直链烷烃与掺混丁基苯后,混合燃料燃烧产生的CO与NO的含量的变化趋势相反,UHC的含量则均有所下降;组成固相产物的主要元素均为碳和氧,且掺混丁基苯后,混合燃料的燃烧产物中的碳含量最高,即掺混丁基苯后,混合燃料的积碳现象更严重。
In order to study the influence of the intermediate products on the combustion performance of traditional aviation kerosene in the process of preparing bio-fuel by hydrocracking method, the experimental study was carried out on the RP-3 aviation kerosene admixed with three kinds of intermediate products (tetradecane, hexadecane and butylbenzene). In this paper, the distribution of the combustion flame temperature and the changes of the composition and concentration of combustion products of different kinds of mixed alternative fuels were compared in detail. The results show that combustion temperature was improved obviously after mixing alkanes in the fuel, and significantly reduced after mixing butylbenzene. Besides, the content of NO and CO change oppositely in the different condition of mixing alkanes and butylbenzene, while the content of UHC decreased in both condition. The main elements of solid products were carbon and oxygen. In addition, the content of carbon was the highest when mixing butylbenzene, implying that the carbon accumulation was more serious.
